Seller assumes no responsibility for any improper, unauthorized, or unlawful use of the Products. Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, possession, storage, transportation, handling, use, misuse, resale, distribution, and disposal of the Products. Seller assumes no responsibility for any misuse, improper application, unlawful use, or unauthorized use of the Products.
Seller and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or relating to the purchase, possession, handling, use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance upon the Products or any information provided by Seller. Customer expressly waives any and all claims against Seller arising from or relating to the Products and their use.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to Customer’s purchase, possession, handling, use, misuse, resale, distribution, disposal, or transfer of the Products, including any claim brought by a third party arising from Customer’s actions or misuse of the Products.
By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing or using any Product, Customer confirms that Customer has read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and Acknowledgment in its entirety.
